TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR HOME?
I'm an interior designer and founder of Unna. For the past three years, I've called Puro my home. It's a small and secluded island in Romblon, Philippines. Before that, I lived mostly in cities. I grew up in busy Manila and studied interior design. I also dabble in other creative work such as photography, floral arrangement and creative direction.
WHAT DREW YOUR FAMILY TO PURO ISLAND?
It reminds us of old Philippines. We love that it remains untouched and untouristy. It's always been our dream to live closer to the ocean and we feel so lucky for finding this little piece of paradise.
WHAT IS IT THAT INSPIRES YOU MOST?
Everyday this island inspires me. From its natural beauty to its simple way of life. Family is also my big inspiration. They're my push to get things done and to keep growing, not only as a creative but also as part of our family and community.
